Take advantage of our group fitness classes which are FREE with your membership. Six days a week we offer high energy classes designed to give you the cardiovascular or strength workout that you have been looking for. We offer a wide range from Cardio Step to Totally Torture, try them all and see which suites your workout style and schedule.  All of our instructors are fully certified and current in the latest and greatest fitness trends.
