WEDNESDAYS 6:30-8:00PM
Yoga with Dana is a Hatha based class in which overall focus is to help your mind and body connect through stretching, balancing, strengthening and breathing exercises. Classes vary in style from flow yoga without props, to slower relaxation based classes using the Bosu and Fit Ball. Traditional Yoga props will also be used throughout the session
This class is most suitable for people who are currently active in some form. It caters to all levels, but is more geared to beginner/intermediate participants.

Pilates
TUESDAYS 5:00-6:00PM & THURSDAYS 5:00-6:00PM
TUESDAYS 6:30-7:30 PM & Thursdays 6:30-7:30 PM
Mat Plus: Pilates on the mat with the addition of some small props such as small ball, bands, rollers and toning balls
Progressive Mat Plus: Pilates on the mat with addition of more props. Yes we will continue with the smaller props but the add on is balance ball, bosu and fitness circle.

Zumba: Basic dance moves of various styles (Latin, Hip Hop,Funk,Country) put to motivating music with a fitness twist.This is a non-choreographed class.

Bellyfit is a fun and fresh combination of moves inspired by Bellydance,African dance and Bollywood plus an intelligent infusion of yoga, pilates and meditation.
