Karen Pukas - One Two One
Karen has been involved in the fitness industry since 1991. She aquired her personal training certificate in 1997 and is passionate about her work. Recognizing the need for "post-rehab" programs she obtained the "medical exercise specialist" coarse in 1999. Group fitness classes include; small group training, bike classes and numerous workshops. Karen believes continuing education is extremely important. She attends conferences regularly to stay on the cutting edge of fitness.
