Some of our best features include 11,000 square feet of space. This includes a 1,500 square foot group fitness room and a brand new 600 square foot core and stretching room. Both rooms are equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors, Bosu balls, stability balls, mats, free weights and resistance bands. These spaces are ideal for anything from Yoga and Pilates to athletic polymeric training, just depends on your style.
We offer 21 cardio stations including treadmills, x-trainers, stair climbers, row machine and stationary bikes. In a separate room we have 12 power pacing/ spin bikes available to use on your own or during a class; see "Free With Your Membership" for schedule of classes.
For your resistance training needs we have over 30 pieces of Elite equipment and free weights ranging from 1 - 130lbs. Ready for something new? Try out our two new TRX suspension training stations for a full body workout like no other.
When you're finished your workout relax and enjoy full use of our two saunas located in each of the men's and women's change rooms. Our change rooms are also equipped with toilets, showers and lockers. We have towel service for a $1.00.
On your way out the door grab a protein shake or bar to go. Or pop in for a quick tan in either our lay down tanning bed or our stand up tanning capsule. See "Your Options" for more details on tanning prices.
Are you having trouble getting to the gym because of kids? We have child care every week day morning from 8:45 - 10:45 am . Children must be 6 months old to attend. Let your kids socialize and play under supervision. You can also keep an eye on them through a two way mirror, you see them but they can't see you. Take in our group fitness classes offered during these times and you can socialize and play too!
